Principal
Paul has 25 years experience of working on a wide range of building types and sectors, leading multi-discipline Engineering teams on projects of all shapes and sizes in the US and overseas.
Paul was born and educated in London and holds a First-Class Honors Degree in Energy Engineering from London South Bank University. Paul is a registered Chartered Engineer in the UK and a member of The Energy Institute, Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers and the American Society for Heating, Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning Engineers. In addition, Paul holds the title of International Professional Engineer with the UK Engineering Council and is a licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the US.
Paul has been living in the US for 13 years and became a US Citizen in 2017. Paul lives in NJ with his wife, Dr. Jacqueline Leber and enjoys sailing and fishing at the Jersey Shore. As a sailor, Paul has ventured from the Bahamas to New York and understands what it takes to work as a team and with the elements. He knows what pushes and pulls you from your course and applies this in his work ethic, encouraging teamwork for success.
