Ryan Soames Engineering was retained by EMMES Realty to reposition their boutique 56,000 square foot 9 story office building as part of a multi-million-dollar renovation. The scope of work included a new entrance lobby, prebuilt office floors, and white box retail space on the ground floor. The build-out included all new building MEP-FP services and infrastructure throughout. This scope of work included new digital fire alarm system with ARCS, sprinkler system, new floor by floor HVAC systems, electrical service, and life safety generator.
