| Ryan Soames Engineering has recently completed the MEP-FP engineering associated with this new 10,000 square foot pre-build space on the 14th floor at 180 Madison Avenue in New York, NY, for CBRE in collaboration with The Schrimmer Design Group.
The build-out includes the adaptive reuse of the existing space infrastructure where possible to maintain budget and schedule constraints. The space also includes a newly relocated pantry, conference rooms, and open plan workspaces with IT room and office support areas. |
