Ryan Soames Engineering is the MEP-FP engineer for this new build construction project at 183 Avenue B in New York, NY. The new building consists of a 10,000 square foot, 8-story building with eleven apartments, ground floor retail, and basement storage.
Ryan Soames Engineering designed all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and sprinkler systems including energy compliance as well as all incoming utilities and storm-water detention systems for the building.
