Ryan Soames Engineering collaborated with USA Architects to design a new ground up construction of a two-story office building in Sparta, NJ, of approximately 89,007 square feet with no basement/ cellar. The building is equipped with rooftop HVAC units to provide heating and cooling along with all new utility services including water, gas, sanitary, and electric. This two-story structure is the home of Biondo Investment Advisors LLC, a wealth management firm that provides comprehensive financial planning and investment management to individuals, businesses and families of the immediate and surrounding communities.
