Alibaba’s 10,000 square foot office buildout at 860 Washington Street in New York, NY, includes the adaptive reuse of the existing space infrastructure where possible to maintain budget and schedule constraints. The space consists of ground floor main reception, open offices, meeting rooms, open collaboration areas, pantry areas, phone rooms, IT rooms, and office support areas with MEP-FP engineering by Ryan Soames Engineering, including underfloor air distribution systems.
