Ryan Soames Engineering worked closely with the client and design team to deliver the MEP-FP and low voltage (IT/Security/AV) engineering basis of design which was used to develop the program and project budget. RSE then developed the engineering drawings including LEED Gold Engineering and Commissioning services to successfully achieve a LEED Gold Certification. The 75,000 square foot flexible office space program with new interconnecting central stair on the 35th and 36th floors enabled the client to realize the vision of a new office workplace concept for a more hybrid and versatile future worksforce. The project included new data center, conference center, cafeteria, touchless lockers and door handles, wireless connectivity throughout with supplemental cooling systems provided in strategic areas for the flexible environment.
