Ryan Soames Engineering provided the MEP-FP engineering design and consulting for the phased redesign project of the existing Auction House and Galleries. The space encompassed approximately 30,000 square feet with galleries, auction rooms, storage rooms, display rooms, and workshops across 4 floors.
