Ryan Soames Engineering provided complete MEP/FP engineering design from the previous retail space for this cocktail lounge, L’art du Cocktail, located on Park Avenue, NYC. RSE carefully coordinated all aspects of design to blend the architectural elements with the mechanical, electrical, fire protection, and plumbing systems while maintaining the ambience of the space.
