Blood Manor NYC relocated to a new larger venue in Soho in New York City, including a full gut renovation of three floors of the existing building at 396 Broadway. Ryan Soames Engineering provided the MEP-FP design for the space, including new heating and cooling systems, as well as fresh air systems with heat recovery. Ryan Soames Engineering also provided the design of the new plumbing and sprinkler systems, power and lighting controls, as well as the compressed air systems required for the show.
