Ryan Soames Engineering provided full MEP-FP engineering services to BRKLYN Beer Garden NY, ENV Architect, and the NY/NJ Port Authority for the design of the new space at Terminal 1 in JFK Airport, including liaising with the airport facilities team for the provision of infrastructure to support the space for their kitchen including a new grease trap system and electrical service.
