Ryan Soames alongside SAA Interiors + Architecture recently completed the design of the expansion space for Brosnan Risk Consultants in Pearl River, NY.
Brosnan expanded their main floor command center and added additional space by occupying the floor above them. This entire 25,000 square foot vertical expansion also included a staircase to connect the two spaces.
Ryan Soames Engineering designed new COVID-19 mitigation systems into the HVAC design, including upgraded filtration to each A/C unit, increased outside air ventilation, and dedicated exhaust, as well as the addition of Bipolar Ionization filters to each zone.
The command center has been designed for dedicated cooling systems and an occupancy of 75 people.
