The Charley Street Café on 41 Kenmare Street in New York is a bright new Australian lifestyle, fast and casual café delivering Aussie-inspired quality food and coffee. With a brilliant white façade, the exterior of this existing building is a welcome respite from its surroundings with the MEP-FP engineering design completed by Ryan Soames Engineering to complement the interior design and architecture. We provided the design of new ventilation, heating, and air-conditioning systems as well as plumbing, power, and fire alarms for the space and cellar kitchen area.
