Ryan Soames Engineering designed the new Compass 82,000 square foot NYC office headquarters build-out with over two phases on the 2nd through 6th floors at 110 5th Avenue. The build-out included adaptive reuse of the existing space infrastructure where possible to maintain budget and schedule constraints. The Compass space includes a ground floor, main reception, open benching workstations, offices, meeting rooms, open collaboration areas, pantry areas, phone rooms, IT rooms, and office support areas.
