Day One Agency engaged Ryan Soames Engineering for their fit-out of the entire 19th floor at 307 7th Avenue in New York, NY, of approximately 19,000 square feet. During the design and construction, they worked closely with the interior designer, architect, and client in the design of the MEP-FP engineering systems, including dedicated HVAC systems to serve the space.
