| Dos Toros, a fast-casual chain known for San Francisco-inspired taqueria cuisine, has opened their taqueria at Columbia University-owned 2911 Broadway, with MEP-FP engineering by Ryan Soames, in collaboration with Shalat Architects. Ryan Soames Engineering provided full MEP-FP engineering services to support the restaurant and kitchen design fit-out, and infrastructure systems. |
