e.l.f. Cosmetics

Working closely with e.l.f., Cushman and Wakefield and Design Republic, Ryan Soames Engineering has delivered the full Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Alarm, Sprinkler, IT, Audio-Visual and security systems engineering design, filing and construction documents for this beautiful space for e.l.f. Cosmetics.
The space is approximately 14,000 square feet on the 4th floor of an existing commercial office building and consists of new offices, conference rooms, open pantry area, and reception lounge as well as a photographic studio.
Ryan Soames designed new HVAC systems, A/C units and supplemental cooling systems to support the space in this Landmark building, collaborating with Design Republic in Revit/BIM 360 modeling while all actively designing remotely due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
