Ryan Soames Engineering (RSE) was retained by EIA to design the MEP-FP engineering for the new 7,000 square foot 5th-floor office, plus the new ground floor service distribution support spaces with loading docks and offices at 3100 47th Avenue in Long Island City, NY.

The white box spaces were demolished and the new scope included bathrooms, new mechanical room, and equipment to support all spaces, reception area, perimeter/interior offices, open benching workstations with breakout collaboration areas, IT rooms, employee breakout area with new pantries. The ground floor service distribution spaces also included offices and storage space, upgraded loading docks, and mechanical HVAC.
