Ryan Soames Engineering (RSE) worked on the design and construction process of this great office space for Focus Financial Partners. RSE was tasked with taking care of all base building and tenant MEP-FP engineering system upgrades and code compliance documentation for this 5,000 square foot fit-out.
The build-out includes adaptive reuse of the existing space infrastructure where possible to maintain budget and schedule constraints. The space also includes a newly relocated pantry, conference rooms, and open plan workspaces with IT room and office support areas.
