Heartshare St. Vincent’s Clinic

Ryan Soames Engineering was hired to provide Heartshare with a new Article 29 clinic in an existing 3,500 square foot space in Brooklyn, NY. The space was previously used as a therapeutic clinic, for children’s primary care and mental health services, under a multi-phase project allowing continued although reduced use of the space. RSE provided full MEP-FP services including new HVAC, sprinkler with new service and backflow preventers, plumbing and fire alarm systems for the multiphase demolition, and complete new fit-out of the spaces on the ground floor of a six-story building.
