Hook & Reel Restaurant is a new Cajun seafood restaurant within the Broadway Commons Mall. Ryan Soames Engineering provided the MEP-FP engineering design and consulting for the project developing the previous restaurant premises and maximizing the reuse of the existing infrastructure to deliver the new restaurant.
