| Kellenberg Memorial High School engaged Ryan Soames Engineering as the MEP-FP engineer to help develop a design of the cohesive interior renovation including the existing interior demolition, development, and new interior construction fit-out of their science labs over two floors in Uniondale, NY.
The 10,000 square foot project includes new state-of-the-art flexible labs and seminar areas for chemistry, physics, and biology with three interconnecting preparation rooms and cohesive common corridors approximately 40 students per lab in a state-of-the-art flexible learning environment. |
