Ryan Soames Engineering has provided full MEP-FP Engineering services for the design and construction of this 14,000 square foot supermarket occupying the first floor and cellar of this existing residential building.
The design includes dedicated hot water systems and grease interceptors, kitchen precipitators and multiple zone HVAC systems. In addition, the space is provided with complete electrical services, fire alarm system, sprinklers and lighting controls, as well as infrastructure to support the supermarket refrigeration systems.
