Lesportsac Retail Store and Offices

The LeSportsac flagship store is located in Soho, the heart of New York City’s fashion district. The new 2 level space designed by NLS Architects consists of a 1st floor retail space and lower-level open office/meeting areas. Ryan Soames Engineering provided the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and fire alarm engineering design while supporting the project’s construction team to achieve a tight schedule for the grand opening.
