Ryan Soames Engineering was retained for the MEP-FP due diligence and design engineering for the renovation of the long-abandoned 10,000 square foot single-story and full basement level office building, to provide a new state-of-the-art office building for Local 713 headquarters.
The building upgrade and revitalization included MEP-FP services from the street and distribution throughout including a sprinkler service, upgraded electrical service, and distribution, new waste and stormwater connections, and new VAV rooftop air conditioning units. A backup standby generator was also planned for the facility.
