L’Oréal / IT Cosmetics

Located in the heart of downtown Jersey City’s Newport Center, two entire floors of office space serve as the U.S. headquarters for L’Oreal/IT Cosmetics. This office fit-out work required close coordination with the Architect, Lighting, Audio-Video, IT, and Acoustical consultants. Ryan Soames Engineering also worked closely with the L’Oréal/IT Cosmetics lead project manager as well as with the building’s property managers and the Chief Building Engineer (LeFrak Commercial) to execute the design and construction.
