Mother Wolf Restaurant

Mother Wolf Restaurant in Miami, voted one of the best Italian restaurants in Miami, designed collaboratively by RS Engineering, provides over 11,000 square feet of luxury dining with an open kitchen, bar, pasta kitchen and private rooms.

RSE provided full MEP-FP Engineering services including due diligence of the space and lease negotiations, construction and filing documents as well as construction administration.

The design includes dedicated hot water systems and grease interceptors, kitchen precipitators and multiple zone HVAC systems. In addition, the restaurant is provided with complete electrical services, fire alarm system, sprinklers and lighting controls.

The finished product combines detailed engineering with luxurious interior design to provide the 3rd Mother Wolf location in the USA for Chef Evan Funke, with his Roman-style cuisine and pasta making as featured on Netflix’s “Chef’s Table”.
