Multi Tenant Pre-Built Office Space

Ryan Soames Engineering worked alongside CBRE in the management, design and construction of numerous suites in the building by completing surveys, demolition and fit-out of the suites to meet the building’s new design standards for their tenants.

Our work includes full MEP-FP and Low Voltage Engineering to modify existing systems and provide new supplemental cooling and exposed flat oval ductwork distribution systems to multiple tenants.
