My Salon Suite

Ryan Soames Engineering provided full MEP-FP Engineering to MY SALON Suite at 12 West 48th Street in New York, NY for this interior fit-out project in Midtown. The project features 26 private luxury suites that are fully furnished with essential salon equipment and situated on the third floor of a brand new glass jewel box building with floor-to-ceiling windows. The 20,000 square foot space is located off of Fifth Avenue and across the street from Rockefeller Plaza in close proximity to many of New York City’s premier attractions including Rockefeller Center, Times Square, Theatre District, Bryant Park, and Central Park.
