Ryan Soames Engineering provided full MEP-FP engineering services to Property Group Partners and Tobin Parnes Architect during the relocation of the existing management offices to the third floor and the creation of a new gymnasium in the basement at 600 Lexington Avenue in New York, NY. The design includes new A/C and ventilation systems, as well as the design and relocation of infrastructure services within the basement.
