Ryan Soames has been retained as MEP-FP Engineering Consultants for the design of this new residential building in Brooklyn. The building will be 9-stories above grade when complete and approximately 60,000 square feet. The building will include underground parking, retail and commercial space, residential amenities and condominium apartments. Ryan Soames is responsible for the full MEP-FP engineering systems design, energy compliance and construction administration for the project to be complete at the end of 2024.
