Ryan Soames Engineering was retained to provide full MEP-FP and Low Voltage (IT/AV/Security) Engineering design for the News Corp new 40,000 square foot single floor plate office space. The project included detailed coordination with the News Corp project team to deliver the project on budget and schedule.

The complete project build-out of the white box space delivered a versatile workspace including meeting rooms and divisible conference rooms, open work stations and enclosed offices, pantries, new MDF IT room, elevator lobby, reception and supplemental HVAC.
