Ryan Soames Engineering was hired to provide British furniture manufacturer, NYC flagship, 2,500 square foot showroom store with MEP-FP engineering with lease analysis services. The work included new redundant air-cooled A/C units to accommodate the store’s normal operations while maintaining temperatures with the space being used for events.
