Ryan Soames Engineering was hired by Van Leeuwen Ice Cream to work alongside Carpenter Mason Architecture in the design of their flagship store at Rockefeller Center in New York, as well as, their store in the American Dream Mall in New Jersey. These projects included coordination of base building infrastructure, new grease traps and supplemental A/C units, and the fit-out of the space and associated MEP-FP systems.
