RSE, the MEP engineering firm on the renovation, helped transform the landmark Emigrant Industrial Savings Bank building in New York City into a 40,000-sq-ft public art center.

ENR notes that the firms carefully preserved the elegant Beaux-Arts design while bringing the structure up to cutting-edge 21st century requirements.

Working in conjunction with General Contractor Schimenti Construction Co. and Structural Engineer WSP USA, RSE’s mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering deliver the rock-solid, reliable functionality this glorious building deserves.
